MATH 0800 - Learning Support MathCredit(s): 3
MATH 0800 builds competency in applying number sense, operating with real numbers and algebraic expressions, solving equations, modeling, and critical thinking. The course focuses on implementing problem solving strategies and developing mathematical connections, as well as developing study skills and communicating mathematically. Successful completion of MATH 0800 satisfies the requirements for Learning Support Mathematics Competencies 1, 2, and 4.
Prerequisite(s): Placement test score of 0, 1, 2, or 3
Corequisite(s): COLL 1500 or MATH 0820
