An overview of film history using selected world cinema feature films. Basic elements of film expression for understanding and analyzing narrative cinema. Some research is required.
Prerequisite(s): ENGL 1010
Previously ENGL 2810
♦ This is a General Education course transferable within the Tennessee Board of Regents system. ENGL 2860 will fulfill a humanities elective but not the literature elective.
