CULA 2380 - Culinary InternshipCredit(s): 3 This course is a supervised work experience in the culinary field requiring a minimum number of work hours. Work activities can range from entry-level to professional cooking. Individual conferences with the intern director are arranged instead of class attendance.
Prerequisite(s): Completion of 12 hours of CULA courses, with a minimum 2.5 GPA in CULA courses and at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA
