CULA 2351 - Plated Desserts & PresentationsCredit(s): 3 This course will provide detailed instruction in the essential elements and well-balanced presentation of plated desserts. Production methods that provide dramatic presentations in quantity will be described in detail. Special emphasis will be placed on the importance of the required time and patience for yielding breath-taking results.
