ART 1510 - History of Design Practice ★Credit(s): 3
The course will introduce the process and product of design as it influences history, society, culture, media and technology. Topics include the history of major design movements, pivotal designers, the development of the profession, as well as the methodologies designers employ to convey information, integrate ideas into full concepts and transform problems into creative solutions.
